As the pioneer land grant institute, Michigan State University was founded to provide higher education to students in Michigan and empower people through educational opportunity. Across the 5,300 acres of campus there are many opportunities to learn and enjoy MSU. 

Guests interested in visiting campus should contact departments directly to plan their visit. Each location has unique opportunities to engage students.

MSU is following guidance from local, state and federal public health agencies. Much of the daily operations are being conducted remotely which will impact the availability of these campus locations and partners. MSU Dairy Store -  The MSU Dairy Store is open to the public. Self-guided tours of the dairy plant observation deck are available as well.
